Friess, Thomas Anthony REXFORD Thomas Anthony Friess, 24, of Des Forges Court, died suddenly early Saturday morning, April 7, 2012 from injuries sustained in a car accident. Born in Albany, Tommy was raised and educated in Waterford before moving to Rexford with his parents in 2006. He attended Waterford-Halfmoon High School. Tommy was employed at Coburg Retirement Village at the time of his death. Tommy loved to fish with his father and enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid Mets and Cowboy's fan. Mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved watching the Mets and Cowboy games with his Dad and his brother, Richy. He enjoyed listening to music, detailing his Jeep, playing basketball and doing landscaping around the house. It was important to him that his home looked nice. He was very close to his two cats, Xena and Zelda. Tommy is survived by his parents, Richard and Nancy Cicchinelli Friess of Rexford; his brothers, Richard Friess of Rexford and Jon Yusaitis of Stillwater; one sister Shannon Campoli and her husband Dan of Waterford; two nephews, Jake and Joseph Yusaitis, one niece Giovanna Campoli; and his grandmother Marietta Friess of Valatie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Tommy was predeceased by his grandparents, Anthony and Bernadette Cicchinelli and Richard C. Friess. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's of the Assumption Church, Waterford. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Waterford, at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are Tuesday 4 7 p.m. at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad Street, (Rte. 32) Waterford.
