Morelli, Loretta ALBANY Loretta R. Morelli entered eternal life Sunday, May 25, 2014 at St. Peter's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Quirino and Teresa Agostini Morelli. She graduated from the former Cathedral Academy. Loretta was a beautician before going to work for the State of New York and retiring after 32 years. She will be remembered by her family as a wonderful cook, and for her love of Frank Sinatra, slots, the New York Yankees and Derek Jeter. She was the sister of Ralph Morelli (Dolly), Joseph Morelli and the late Augustine Campoli (Donald), Peter Morelli, Victor Morelli (Mary Ellen), and Veleta Ciotti. Survived by her beloved daughter, Sharon T. Ingoldsby (Paul); cherished grandmother of Lauren Ingoldsby and her father James Ingoldsby; aunt of Donald, Betty, TJ, Kim, Courtney, Kevin, Donnie, Richie, Sandy, Jeff, Justin and Jill; also the Morelli families, Dawn, Lynn, Rick, Karen, Michael, John, Vicki, and Stephen; best friend of Sue Barbone (Pete); several grandnieces and grandnephews also survive. Funeral services Friday, May 30, 2014 at 10 a.m. from McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen Street, Albany thence to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Albany at 10:30 a.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
