Maryalyce "Sissy" Struck Obituary
Struck, Maryalyce "Sissy" KNOX Maryalyce "Sissy" Struck, 73, of Knox, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at St. Peter's Hospital. She was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Harold E. and Alice M. (Butts) Brady. She was an animal lover and enjoyed the outdoors, especially driving in her car. Sissy was a loving devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her greatest joy was her family. Spending time with her family and baking for them. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children, Melanie (Ochoa) St. Louis (Gerald), Charlie Hupe (Michelle) and Rella Hupe-Cole (Bruce); her grandchildren, Melena, Peter, Jeff, Christina, Michael, Meaghan, Caitlin, Brian, Kevin, Matthew, Daniel and Christina and by her great- grandchildren, Noah, Dominick, Ryan, Ava, Angelo "Tonto", Skylar and Jonah. She is also survived by her siblings, Harold Brady and Nornie (Brady) Slingerland (Raymond) and by her niece Alyce and her nephews, Earl and Arthur. The family would like to thank everyone who said a prayer and supported them during this difficult time. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister-in-law Charlotte Brady. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Sacred Heart Church, 33 Walter St., Albany. Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
