Farrell, Judith A. EAST GREENBUSH Judith A. Farrell, 72, of Troy Road died on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at Samaritan Hospital after a long illness. Born in West Sand Lake, she was daughter of the late Edward Freckleton and Helen Mae Kachadurian Freckleton. She had resided in the Troy area most of her life and attended Troy schools. Judy was a personal care aide for St. Joseph's Provincial House and formerly a home health aide for Community Healthcare in Green Island. Survivors include three daughters, Valerie L. Cramer of Troy, Laurie A. Halvax of Nassau and Helen M. (Scott) Carlone of East Nassau; a sister, Carolyn Messina, Coxsackie, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Charles M. Cramer III and her siblings, Robert H. and Edward Frank Freckleton. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc., 276 Pawling Ave., Troy, on Friday 10-11 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
