Renslow, Marie G. EAST GREENBUSH Marie G. Renslow, 69, of East Greenbush passed away suddenly on Monday, August 4, 2014, at Merced, Calif. She was born in Albany and resided in the Capital District her entire life. Marie was a graduate of Shaker High School and attended LeMoyne College. She worked for Key Bank and retired from New York State employment in 2006. She enjoyed being near water and travel, especially Yosemite National Park, where she made several visits, but Marie's biggest enjoyment was spending time with her nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late John Renslow Sr. and Marie Cook Renslow. Sister of John Renslow Jr. of Canastota, David (Dor) Renslow of Johnstown, Steven (Abbe') Renslow of Clarkdale, Ariz., Ronald Renslow of Canastota, Peter (Cheryl) Renslow of Gilbert, Ariz., Robert (Dawn) Renslow of Castleton, Jane (Robert) Draiss of Esperance, and the late Elizabeth Knapp; sister-in-law of Chip Knapp of Pittsford; niece of David (Marilyn) Cook of Defreestville; cousin of David (Linda) Cook of East Greenbush, Brian (Loretta) Cook of Schodack and Kevin (Barbara) Cook of East Greenbush. Lifelong friend of Sheila and Ray Strauss of Loudonville, Karen Siedel of Rexford and Jane O'Brien of Niskayuna. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no evening calling hours. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.
