Rose, Sheila (Coffey) CASTLETON Sheila (Coffey) Rose, 79, of Castleton, died suddenly with her loving family by her side on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at Albany Memorial Hospital. Born August 20, 1933 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to the late Rose Veronica Coffey. Sheila worked 43 years at the Fort Orange Paper Company. After retiring, she was dedicated to taking care of her grandchildren, who knew her as "Nana." She was predeceased by her oldest son, Earl Jay Rose III; her brother, James Bradley Coffey and her sister, Marilyn Joan Bridenbeck. She is survived by her children, Cathy (Larry) Mull, Robert Rose, Kevin Rose, Brian (Chrissy) Rose, Suzanne (Robert) Ford, Tim (Dawn) Rose and Paula (Anthony) Jordan; several grandchildren and great-grand-children also survive. Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. at Ray Funeral Home, 59 Seaman Ave., Castleton. Her funeral service will be Thursday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
