Rizzo, Vincenzo Michael LATHAM Vincenzo Michael Rizzo, age 10, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 due to complications from a brief illness. Vinny was born March 25, 2002 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, the beloved son of Michael J. and Tina Marie Riccitelli Rizzo. He was currently a fifth grade student at Blue Creek Elementary School in the North Colonie School District. He looked forward to going to school every day and was an "A" student. His passions were drawing, Tae-Kwon-Do, football and being with his family and friends. He especially loved to help kids less fortunate than him with their struggles in life. He loved to build Legos and design worlds in "Minecraft" on his computer. In addition to his parents, he is the best brother of Alexis Lucretia Rizzo and Anthony Frank Rizzo; maternal grandson of Frank J. (Jodi) Riccitelli of Clifton Park and Maureen Finlan Riccitelli of Clearwater, Fla.; paternal grandson of Sandra Hancox Rizzo of Latham and the late Joseph Rizzo; godson of Melissa Rizzo Halse and Dennis Moffre Sr.; nephew of Louis (Tina) Rizzo, Jodi (Doug) Winters and Michelle Riccitelli McCabe. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Latham. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 498 Watervliet-Shaker Road (Route 155), Latham (note location change) on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Vincenzo M.
