Hi Geoffrey: We today learned of Freddie's untimely passing. I was given a book for him from Chuck Klein, and went over to Allegro to visit him and they told me of his passing. I've enjoyed many laughs with Freddie both on the tennis court, and at his dinners at Allegro. We'll miss him a lot. Both your Mom and Freddie were fine folks, and we all had the same birthday of July 12th. Sincerely, Susan and Bryan Wilson-Rich

We were neighbors of Fred and Judy at 610 WEA. We moved about 10 years ago and lost touch. Amazingly, Fred wrote to my husband just a few weeks before he died with ideas for a WW1 story for the New York Times. I was sorry to see that he died before we could respond to his cheery note.
