Englander, Richard M. ALBANY Richard M. Englander of Albany died on February 6, 2014. Born in Kingston, Mr. Englander was a graduate of the Manlius School and was a distinguished military graduate of Siena College. Richard was an Army veteran, serving as first lieutenant with the 3rd Gun Battalion, 84th Artillery, USAREUR, who received many awards for outstanding service. He was an executive with the Architects Hardware & Specialty Company Inc. in Albany for more than 40 years. Richard is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his children, Scott Englander and his wife Jennifer Bruni and their children, Jesse Englander and Alessandro Bruni of Brookline, Mass., Mimi Englander and her husband, David Morrell of Littleton, Mass., and Danny Englander and his wife Elise of San Diego. Dear brother of Sonya Rose and Bill Englander, both of Albany. Treasured brother-in-law of Florence and her late husband Bob Rudman of Wayne, N.J. Beloved by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dear friend of Angelina Reed of Albany. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Those wishing to remember Richard in a special way may make a memorial contribution to a .
