Bill was one of my first supervisors at the NYS Division for Youth in 1972. I was a young kid and Bill was an inspiration. He was wise and let me take risks and learn. I still rely on his insights and wisdom. I will never forget his support or his great laugh.

Carolyn
It was sad to hear of Bills passing I had only recently heard of his battle with Alzheimer's. I miss our getting together once a year in Albany after we all retired,,but remember Bill with fond memories and wish you and your family well in the future.
