Larry was my friend.
As a Private Investigator living in Stuart, Florida, for thirteen years, Larry had provided me with work as well as, business , financial, and life in general, advice.
As a friend we fished together, worked out together and tried to keep our boys, and sometimes ourselves, out of trouble. I last saw Larry and Rosa a few months before his passing, in Denver, Colorado where Larry was receiving care at Jewish National Hospital. Larry was not well, then and I remember telling my wife how much I would miss him, upon his passing. My fondest memories of Larry were both his jokes, his sincerity in friendship and knowing that whenever I returned to Florida, he and Rosa would be among the first people to visit.
So long my friend.

I was so sad to find out that Larry passed away. I will miss seeing him at the LA Fitness. I first met him when he moved to Stuart and we both worked for Shearson Lehman. I feel very lucky to have had him give me a CD of him playing his Oboe. He played so beautifully. And he always had a great joke to tell my husband. He will be missed.

Rosa, Den and I are devastated and very saddened by your loss and ours. Larry was such a good friend and colleague. We will miss him more than you know. If there's anything we can do to help you during this extremely difficult time, please don't hesitate to call us! Our prayers and deepest sympathies are with you Rosa and the whole family. You were absolutely correct when you said that his fine musicianship, his oboe, his friendship and his laughter will be sorely missed. My fondest memories are where Larry when I played together in the Atlantic Classical Orchestra. I was in the violin section and he is of course was in the oboe section! He always had a new joke for me during rehearsal breaks and we spent some really memorable and fun times with both of you. We will miss Larry very much. Please call us when you can.
Love, Kathy and Den

Larry lived across the street in the neighborhood where I grew up. On warm summer nights, I could here him play his oboe so beautifully. He was older than I and we weren't acquainted, but he inspired my lifelong love of listening to solo oboe music. We never know all the lives we touch... My condolences to Larry's family.
