CHARLES RALLIS

RALLIS Charles Rallis, 90, of Orange Park, FL passed away August 24, 2013. He was born on May 5, 1923 to parents James and Helen (Christopoulos) Rallis in Chicopee Falls, MA. He was a WWII Veteran and served in the U.S Army. Mr. Rallis had lived in Orange Park since 2001 and was a member of the Masons, American Legion, VFW and Elks Lodge for over 55 years. He was a chef and avid gardener. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Kathryn Casper Rallis; sons, Charles (Joyce) Rallis and Christos (Gloria) Rallis; daughters, Helen (James) Mueller and Georgia (Jonas) Palin; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 29, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Jonas R. Palin officiating. Masonic Rites will be rendered. Interment with military honors will be held that afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
