He served in WWII (France) in the Army Air Corps where he supported General Patton and his quest to keep the citizens of America free. Red is survived by Winnie (his wife of 61 years); his daughter, Evelyn Elizabeth Glover (Henry); granddaughter, Elizabeth Anne Glover Wenzel (Seth); and 3 precious great-grandchildren: Carter (9), Logan (7), and Kate (5). Red's Memorial Service will be held at Noon on Friday, September 6, 2013 at All Souls Anglican Church, 4042 Hartley Road, Jacksonville. Rev. Larry O'Connell will officiate. A reception will follow immediately at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either All Souls Church (904) 268-4600 or Community Hospice (904) 886-3883.
