JAMES OJALA

OJALA James Robert Ojala, 64, was born on March 15, 1948 in Hibbing, Minnesota, and passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in the beautiful waters of Cat Cay, Bahamas. He was a two time retiree - after completing a long career with United Parcel Service over 15 years ago, he recently retired from Lowes Home Improvement. He was full of character, never met a stranger in his life and was an avid fisherman, hunter and sport shooter. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Brenda, daughter's Jana McCranie & Stephanie Henry, his son-in-law John McCranie, Jr., brothers Raymond (Phyllis), Dale (Pam) and Bruce Ojala. Niece's Heather Ojala, Emilee Ojala, Brandy Bush, nephew Erik Ojala, grandson's Ian McCranie, Jacob, Jared and Jack Henry,great-niece's Madeline, Avonna, Amelia, great-nephew Kamren, along with a host of other loving family & friends, including his chair-side buddy Buster, his miniature schnauzer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to either , Breast Cancer Research or The National Rifle Association (Member ID #25243421). A memorial service will be held March 16, 2:00 p.m., at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 729 S.
