I knew Rachel from the Unitarian Church, and she was a lovely, vital member of our church community.
I know she had to endure a long illness, and I hope she is at peace now.
Please accept my sincere condolences .

I just heard of Rachel's passing. We were friends for many years. She was a cohort in the early Jacksonville Women's Movement (She took on the effort to pass the Equal Rights Amendment). And, personally, she was a very dear human being. I remember her with much Love, Vicki Wengrow
