Lance was definitely one of "the few good men". A man of total integrity who always had a kind word for others and whose word was like gold. Lance was a Board member and later Chairman of Associated Industries of Florida where I had the privilege of working for him and becoming his friend. He was a great boss, always stood behind management and was one of those bosses you always looked forward to being with. Simply a "very good man"!!!!!!!!! My deepest sympathy to the Ringhaver family.. family................one of Florida's most distinguished families!!!!

I was so shocked and saddened this morning when I returned from a cruise and saw the email regarding Lance. Lance hired me in 1993 and we both retired in 2003. Beside being my boss he was also a great friend and mentor. We had fun times, a few tense times, but they never effected our great relationship. I offer my deepest sympathy to Randy and the entire Ringhaver family.

I was greatly saddened to learn of the tragic death of a very old, but very wonderful class mate of the 1957 Bolles graduation class. I am very sorry that our paths did not cross after we all parted ways after graduation. It was so nice to catch a glimpse and share a few memories of together at Bolles class reunions. My sympathy goes out to his family and relatives.
