To the O'Leary family, I have just learned the sad news of Mr. O'Leary's passing and wanted to send my sincere sympathy. I had the pleasure of working with Dan for a number of years through the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida, Inc., years ago. Your family will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.

I have known Dan for many years and worked for him for 6 years. He was my mentor and friend and I will miss him dearly. My prayers go out to Mrs. O'Leary, Erin and Conor and the O'Leary family. It was a pleasure working for him.

To the O'Leary Family:
I knew Dan through professional and civic activities. I also used to regularly sit at the lunch counter with him at Two Doors Down. Dan was such an engaging person to talk to. He also gave my son excellent guidance as he started a job in the insurance industry. Dan was always generous with his time and insights. I feel very fortunate to have known him. I was so sorry to hear of his passing.

Dan, I know you're listening. I want to thank you. Every time we ran into each other, you always had a huge smile on your face. I never heard you say a bad thing about anyone, nor heard a bad thing about you, and isn't that how we're to be judged? Our character, integrity, our affiliations, our faith in people and in Jesus as our Saviour and example in living our lives?
You certainly achieved all of of that, and you set a standard for me Dan. I'll miss you, pal.

I have been blessed and honored to have worked for Dan for 8 year. There is no finer man, or boss than Dan. He will be truely missed and he was truely loved by me and all his employee's.
