I fondly remember Vince as our boss in the legal department. He was a kind man and I always sought him out for his good judgment.

I was sad to learn that Vince had passed away. I fondly remember our time together at Offshore Power Systems. While he was an executive and I was a low level employee in the early days, he was always very kind to me and always treated me in a professional and friendly manner. I always enjoyed visiting with him during our Christmas party reunions, and I am sorry I didn't stay in touch during recent years. Vince was a great guy.
