I am Jerry's Niece Amanda (Stern) Beaulieu. Jerry truly was a magnificent person. I didn't get to spend much time with him in the past years, but I have wonderful memories of him when I was growing up before he had children of his own. He meant the world to me as a child and he will be deeply missed. My heart truly goes out to my aunt (my father's sister) Cheryl. I pray to give her strength every day to get through this. All my love goes out to his children. I wish the best for his family in their time of need.

Stringfellow Family,
I heard the news of Jerry's passing just yesterday. I can't add much to what has already been said, but I feel I must try. Jerry was a brilliant clown with a heart of gold. When I started at CPI he was my mentor. He taught me to work and to mix play with it. He taught me to be good to others. What else does a man really need to learn ? God bless and soothe your hearts until you meet again.

Cheryl, Heather, Beth & Thomas,
We just heard of Jerry's death and are so saddened we were not able to attend his funeral. I know your heart is breaking and there aren't any words that can soothe you. Just know that we loved Jerry and still love you and the kids. Jerry will always be in our hearts and you are in our prayers. God has a special job for him in heaven and you will be together again.
Much love, Chuck & Gail Robinson

It has been a true pleasure working wiht Jerry over the years. I worked with him from the client side and as a fellow employee. Jerry was always the "Calm in Storm". The clients that I support have also held Jerry in the highest esteem and have stated how much they have appreciated him over the years. When the phone call would come in he always gave me a minute to prepare myself before connecting me to the open Bridgeline .... and it was so thoughtful. I will truly miss .... My Voice In the Night ! May God Bless and Keep You All Safe In His Love.

Dear Cheryl and Sherri,
We are so sorry and saddened by this news and send you our thoughts and prayers - thinking that Jerry will always be remembered for the seeming ease with which he lived his life and the joy that he brought to everyone around him. That will live on with every smile, as it's impossible to not think of Jerry without smiling...we love you very much.

Jerry was someone I looked up to at work. Whenever I asked Jerry to share his vast knowledge with me he was always friendly & enthusiastic. He never made me feel like I asked a dumb question, even when I did. I miss that.
My wife and I always looked forward to visiting with Cheryl & Jerry at the company Christmas parties. We would spend a little time talking about our young families and our lives away from work. Those were enjoyable times. I miss that.
Over the last few years most of my contact with Jerry was through emails, both thought-provoking and humorous. They always put a smile on my face. I'll miss those. I'll miss you Jerry.

To the Stringfellow family -
Words are so inadequate at a time like this - but prayers are not. So please know I am lifting your name up so that you may feel at peace knowing that Jerry is with his Lord. Although I knew him briefly, his quiet strength will be an example to me always. You are truly blessed to have had him in your lives - and his memory will live on in everything you do. Cherish your time with him - it was truly a gift that will stay with you forever.

One time in Church at Swaim people were asked what they were thankful for; what stories of grace and compassion they had to offer as a testament. My mother stood up from her seat in the choir loft, and in a breaking voice, said she was thankful for the men who helped her sons learn what a good man can be. Jerry is one of the men she was talking about. Such an easy, low-key person, he would probably be slightly embarrassed at being given so much credit for helping shape others but indeed Jerry had a massive effect on many of us. Heck, he taught me how to drive, shared the wonder of stereophonic music, took groups trick-or-treating, he and Cherly even showed us how to hold babies ... more importanly, he walked the spiritual talk ... countless times he was exactly what people needed: compassionate, subtle, intelligent, and available.
I often think of my students as acorns. I can only plant the acorn and try to give it what it needs to be strong, yet I know mighty oaks will reach for the heavens, even if I never get to see them. That's what Jerry did for me. He helped me grow and become a good man.
I have studied words my whole life and now they seem so frail and useless as I try to find the right ones ...

To Cheryl and family, I really looked up to Jerry as my Spiritual Mentor, he was a wonderful teacher. The time we spent together in the Beliver's Class at Swaim was my start to forming a solid relationship with God. Jerry was truly a servant of God, and I felt blessed to have known him. Words cannot begin to explain or comfort your loss at this time, but I pray for Jerry any your family to receive God's guidence and feel his spirit during this time. Love Joe Hodgins and Family

May our hearts continue to be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times with Jerry. Together this evening, we celebrate a life well lived. Twenty-three years ago he helped me relocate homes. Between Jerry, me, and Jerry's blue well-used trailer, we spent a tortureous late spring day moving all my heavy household items. Thank you again Jerry & RIP --- Art/Ann Hernandez

Cheryl, Praying that you will feel God's love surrounding you, and your children during this difficult time. Thank God for the message of Easter, that because of Christ's death, Jerry, and all those who believe, have life everlasting. We mourn our earthly loss, but rejoice that he is part of the Church triumphant.

Jerry was a true servant of Jesus Christ - selflessly sharing his gifts and graces with anyone in need. His work on earth may be done, but the seeds he planted in the lives of otherw will bloom and grow and proliferate for years to come. Jesus said, "In my Father's house there are many rooms, and I go there to prepare a place for you so that you may be with me." Rest in eternal peace with the Savior you so faithfully served brother!

I have worked with String for many years. He was one of the voices at night that called me when issues happened with Licensed Clients and remote jobs that I was supporting. His voice and calls were calming in that when he called you, most times he had the solution already worked out. He just needed some one responsible for the job to give the "ok" to proceed with solution. I have never heard him complain about others and he was humble about his own abilities. will miss him a lot. To my beloved, you were my rock,my lover and friend. The day you asked me to marry you I was speechless, but I quickly said yes. I was so proud to become your wife! I will always love you, my heart has a hole in it and I know when God reunites us in His time my heart will once again be full. Thirty years was not long enough for me, I wanted to grow old(er) with you, but God has other plans. I Love you always and forever,

There is going to be an empty spot in my heart for the rest of my life without you here. People may sit at your computer, but they will never fill your chair. I am at a loss for what to do or say, but I promise that I will be here for Mom, and that we all want to make you proud. I have always strived to please you, but now I will try harder than ever to live life "according to Jerry." I keep catching myself almost emailing you to ask you a question about something technical or walking toward your computer to see if you have any new viral videos to watch. I have hardly gotten any emails since you passed, and that just makes the reality hurt even more. Like I have said before, just about any guy can become a father, but it takes a special kind of man to be a Daddy. I will forever hold a few GB in my heart for you, and will proudly tell people that I am the oldest child of Jerry Stringfellow. I am so glad that you were able to walk me down the aisle, to be there when Aeris and Atty were born, and to see them start their lives. It pains me beyond belief to know that any other children that I have won't get to know you, but believe me, they WILL here stories! I love you, Daddy. You will forever be missed.
Love,
Heather

To The Stringfellow Family.
Our deepest sympathy go out to you. Jerry was an inspiration at work. He always had a kind word and kept us going at night with his wit and wisdom.
We will pray that through his death, the light of Jesus may shine and He will give your family His strength.

Let not your hearts be troubled;
believe in God, believe also in me.
In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go and prepare a place for you.
And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you unto myself, that where I am you may be also.

To the Stringfellow and Berley Families: We were deeply saddened to hear of Jerry’s sudden passing. Some of my fondest childhood memories were going “shrimping” in Mandarin at his parent’s house where Jerry would entertain me by building hot wheel tracks as tall as the ceiling. He was always willing to share his spirit of adventure with anyone who entered his house, much like the Lord. It was an exciting day when he brought Cheryl into the family as it brought a new level of excitement to his already jovial life. His children and grandchildren were the icing on his cake; he was so very proud of all of you! May you all find healing and peace in your time of sorrow from His maker and may you celebrate the life of an awesome husband, father, son, brother, and child of God. There was none better! We will miss him dearly, but are thankful to have been privileged to be touched by his faithful life of service. We will all see him again and celebrate.

Cheryl, Tommy, Sherri and Families: I just learned of Jerry's passing and am at a loss for words. But, I can remember the day he came into your lives and mine. He was a special little boy, one I babysat for many years ago and was special to me in every way. I knew I could always count on him when the need arose. Jerry was one of a kind, always found time for everyone and will always be remembered by the special person he was. My heart and prayers are with each of you, in the coming weeks. May God bless you and give you the strength to see you through these difficult times. In Deepest Sympathy and Love, Betty Sullivan, Franklin, NC

Jerry and I were close friends in high school and for a few years after. I was a groomsman at Jerry and Cheryl's wedding. He was so fortunate to meet Cheryl who brought so much happiness and purpose to his life. Toghether they were so much more than either was individually.
Sadly we lost touch over the years because I moved away from Jacksonville. But I will never forget riding around in Jerry's mustang with Bruce Springsteen blasting from the 8-track tape player.
