UPCHURCH Retired Court of Appeal Judge Frank D. Upchurch, Jr., passed away October 4, 2012 at the Bailey Center for Caring in St. Augustine, FL as a result of injuries suffered in a fall. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm Friday, October 12, 2012 at Memorial Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow at Flagler College's Markland Hall.
