JETTY FOSTER Obituary

FOSTER Jetty Foster, 83, passed away May 14, 2011. She was born on August 20, 1927 in Lake Butler, FL to Willie and Ollie Forsythe Brooks. She had lived in Green Cove Springs for 64 years and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Doyle Foster in 1984, a son, Raymond Foster in 2007, and grandchildren, John Doyle Foster, Ski Bryant and Christopher Glover. Survivors include daughters, Marilyn (John) Householder, Martha Ellis Mayer and Cheryl (George) Glover; son, Tommy (Lottie) Foster; grandchildren, Lynetta (Jack) Higgenbotham, Tammi (Gene) Bryant, Keith (Cindy) Foster, Jimmy Ellis, Kimberly Poole, Janice Ellis, Michael (Becky) Pugh, C. Michelle (Joseph) Tolbert, Myra (Richard) Fleming, Pamela (Michael) Batten, John (Debbie) Householder, James (Kris) Householder, Anthony (Donna) Householder, Melody Ellis (Gregory) Rivera, Laura Ellis, Steven Ellis; 34 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Broadus-Raines Chapel Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at Faith Baptist Church, 4330 C.R. 15A, Green Cove Springs, FL with Reverend Ed Steves, Reverend Joe Foster and Reverend Leon Edenfield officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Please sign the family's online guestbook at www.broadusraines.com.
