Kimberly Jan Carter Marshall Obituary
A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Kimberly Jan Carter Marshall will be held 5 PM– 7 PM, FRIDAY, July 13, 2018 at The Bethel Church in the Jones – Scott Fellowship Hall, where the family will receive friends, Bishop Rudolph W. McKissick, Jr., Pastor, Bishop Rudolph W. McKissick, Sr., Pastor Emeritus. Mrs. Marshall passed away peacefully on July 7, 2018 and had been a member of The Bethel Church for many years. A native of Cincinnati, OH, she attended Walnut Hill High School of Cincinnati, graduating from Hillsdale High School – Class of 1978 in San Mateo California. Furthering her education, she attended University of Cincinnati, where she earned a B.A. Degree. She was a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Gamma Rho Omega Chapter and the Girl Scouts of America. She was presently employed as a Director with Aetna Insurance Company. Mrs. Marshall was predeceased by her father, Theodore Carter and sister, Ms. Karen Carter. Survivors include her devoted husband, Linwood R. Marshall; daughter, Ms. Theo M. Marshall; mother, Mrs. Claire Carter; uncles, Kenneth Keys and Benjamin Carter; father-in-law, Clamion Marshall; 1 sister-in-law; 4 brothers-in-law; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The Ivy Beyond the Wall Sorority Rites will be held, 6 PM Friday, in the Jones – Scott Fellowship Hall at the church.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church under the direction of ALPHONSO WEST MORTUARY, INC., 4409 Soutel Dr., (904) 766-9671.
