We just learned of the passing of our old friend and comrade. To Nelly and the kids we offer our deepest sympathy in his passing. We were neighbor's for a number of years at two naval posts. We were squadron combat comrades in Thailand. Larry always could be counted on to get the job done. May he rest in peace.

I was a Yuma neighbor and loved to hear his "flyboy" stories. He was always willing to lend a hand when I needed help. Not only I, but all his friends in Yuma will miss Larry.

Larry was an upstanding man and well-respected colleague, and I will treasure my fond memories of working with him at AT&T UCS. May God comfort Larry's family during this difficult time.

Larry was the first person I met when I moved into the neighborhood. Over the past 26 years we have become more like family than friends. Larry you will be sorely missed by Elsa and myself. In memory of your passing, there are numerous ways to tell you how much of a friend you were, but I think the best would be "SEMPER FI", good buddy.

Being an "across the street" neighbor, my entire family came to know "Mr Larry." My 5 children grew up to know him to be the neighbor who always said "hello" and always at the ready to help anyone with anything. To any adults around, Larry would engage them in friendly conversation. I personally enjoyed some "top gun" stories he shared with me along with many business conversations we had. I was impressed at the deepness of this person who on the surface, you would never guess, was so learned and skilled at so many things. I will miss my good neighbor.
May his soul rest in peace.

Words cannot express how much Larry will be missed. Larry was one of the finest people I will ever have the pleasure of knowing. His sense of humor and great advice cannot be replaced. It has been my honor to know you and your family.
