Obituary Condolences

BAILEY Mrs. Lucile Goodbread Bailey passed away peacefully September 20, 2005 in a local hospital. She was a native of Lake City, Fl, having resided in Jacksonville most of her life. She was a faithful member of Moncrief Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Mmes. Laura B. Deary ( Robert) and Janet Brown ( Larry); sons, David Bailey, Jr. ( Kathy), Donald Bailey, Richard L. Bailey ( Eartha), Amos Bailey and Johnnie L. Bailey; 25 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; 2 sisters; 3 brothers; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Bailey will rest in the mortuary for visitation from 5 PM until 8 PM (where the family will receive friends at 5 PM) and at the church Saturday from 9 AM until the hour of service. The family will also receive friends at the residence. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11 AM, Saturday, September 24, 2005 at Moncrief Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Quovadis G. Thomas, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Edgewood Cemetery. The cortege will assemble at 1654 W. 24th St. under the direction of ALPHONSO WEST MORTUARY, INC. , 4409 Soutel Dr. 766-9671.
