Obituary Condolences

ROMAN Raymond Clyde Roman of Jacksonville died peacefully at his home in his favorite chair on March 15, 2013. He was a loving and faithful husband, father and PaPa. He was the son of the late Clayton and Eunice Roman. He was a skilled man who worked as a truck driver, mechanic and in construction with A.J. Johns Construction. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps. Raymond was also a lifelong musician. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 30 years, Linda Roman of Jacksonville; daughter, Samantha (William) Lowe; sons, Cory (Deborah) Roman, James (Heather) Long, Kevin (Sharma) Roman, Joey (Demaris)Batten all of Jacksonville; 4 granddaughters, 10 grandsons and one great-grandson; brothers, Clayton (Karen) Roman and Willard (Barbara) Roman and sister, Susie(Rick) Lucas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 19, 2013 in the funeral home chapel.
