Minda Bouscher Obituary
BOUSCHER Minda E. Bouscher, 66, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2012 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born to Eufemio and Gloria Olila in Poblacion, Capalong, C. Norte, Philippines. Minda graduated from Far Eastern University where she earned a degree in elementary education. Before coming to the United States in 1998, she was an elementary school teacher in the Philippines. She resided in Orange Park where she was a member of St. Catherines Catholic Church, The Philippine American Club of NE Florida, where she served as assistant secretary, a member of The Universal Living Rosary Association and Bicol Club. She is survived by her husband, Byron Bouscher of Orange Park; children, Gigi Andaya, Bobby Cordero, Malic Batara, Nene de Jesus, all of the Philippines; grandchildren, Lorriane, Gio, Gelli and Andrea Andaya, Raine Cordero, Dang and Aaron Batara, Nicky, Jay, Paolo, Chris, Dave and Jericho de Jesus; brothers, Romeo Esturas and Rolondo Esturas; sisters, Jenny Villaluna, Gloria Lopez, Corazon Talento, Esther Segundo; nephews, Richard Lopez, Bobby Palugod; nieces, Jackie Krutz, Judy Julian, all of the United States. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Lilia Madrid, Mila Palugod and brother, Lt. Colonel Eufemio Esturas. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home 529 Kingsley Avenue Orange Park, FL 32073 (904) 264-1233. A Mass will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St Catherines Catholic Church, 1649 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL with Father James R. Boddie.
