1947 - 2014 Obituary Condolences
ZACCOUR Thomas Alexander Zaccour, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on June 6th, 2014 at the age of 67. Tom was born in Jacksonville, FL to Alexander and Ila Zaccour. He graduated from Prince George in Va. where he was homecoming king and awarded a basketball scholarship to Clemson. While Tom was in the United States Army, he fought in the Vietnam War as the B-39th combat squad leader. As the founder and CEO of Olympus Printing, he made a huge impact on the commercial printing industry. He married his wife Donna and started a family in Jacksonville FL. Tom was a selfless giving man, who put others first and would lend a hand in a moment s notice. He had endless positive energy, an infectious smile, and a warm touch. He showed that courage, confidence and integrity were core values and believing in yourself was the key to success. He truly believed in equality, and was loved by all who knew him. Tom was a loving provider and is survived by his loving family; wife of 44 years, Donna Zaccour, daughter, Karen Zaccour, son, Thomas Zaccour II (Donna), grandsons, Trey Zaccour and Cole Zaccour, brother, Mike Zaccour (Ginny), sister, Linda Varnedo (Hal) and so many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at eleven o clock in the morning on Tuesday (today), June 10, 2014 at the Hardage-Giddens, Hendricks Chapel.
