JAMES JACKSON Obituary
JACKSON James Colton Jackson went home to be with God on July 19, 2011. He was a straight A student at Old Plank Christian Academy and loved playing many sports but mostly baseball and football. He also enjoyed attending Jaguar football games, swimming in the familys pond and playing with his friends and extended family. Thoughtful and compassionate beyond his years, Colton has touched the lives of many and this heart breaking loss has left a void that can never be filled. Colton was the only child of Chris and Carole Jackson of Jacksonville, FL. In addition to his parents he will be forever remembered by his devoted grandparents, Keith and Judy Parker of Jacksonville, Fl. Larry Jackson of Jacksonville, Fl. And Elaine Draper of Jacksonville, Fl. His aunts and uncles, Craig and Nancy Jackson, David and Valerie Draper, Michael Draper, Ken and Tiana Draper, Donald and Liza Draper along with countless cousins and extended family and friends who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Arthur D. Draper, Jr. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Baptist Church, 800 Hammond Boulevard, with Rev. Tommy Mallard officiating. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens on the grounds of Trinity Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2011 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at FRASER FUNERAL HOME, 8168 Normandy Boulevard, (904-781-4314). Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
