Obituary Condolences

HOLLAND Deborah Debbie Ann Holland, 54, was called home suddenly to be with her Savior on Thursday, June 7, 2012. Debbie was the love of her family s life. She was a devoted wife and wonderful mother. She was a dedicated daughter and grandmother (affectionately known as Mom by her adoring grandbabies). She was incredibly caring, tremendously warm, amazingly selfless, and brought great, great joy to those who knew and loved her. She was a wise, Christian woman who loved the Lord and lived her life as an example of Christ s love. She was a true Proverbs 31 woman. Her love for others was demonstrated every day through her tireless generosity and kindness. She loved her children and grandchildren and touched their lives deeply by her presence. She is truly loved and profoundly missed every moment. She loved trips to the mountains with her husband, vacations at the beach with her family, and adventures at Disney World with her grandbabies. She loved babies and served faithfully in the nursery at Eastside Community Church. She had a creative and artistic spirit, a gift she shared with her loved ones through her embroidery, quilting, sewing, decorating, and so much more. Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. (Proverbs 31:28) Debbie is survived by her high school sweetheart, best friend, and husband of 35 years, her soul mate, Jeffery K. Holland; mother Bashie (J.C.) Copeland; adoring children Hidi (Jeff) Moody, Tori (Sam) Hutsell, Matthew (Jenny Sue) Holland, and Sara (Marc) Claydon; sisters Bernice Moon and Susan Copeland; treasured grandchildren Topher, Ella Grace, Holland, and JAC; and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Hiltburner. A celebration of Debbie s life and homecoming will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 12th at Eastside Community Church, 13301 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32246 with Pastor Dan Werthman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Debbie s name to the Eastside Community Church Nursery Fund. Please visit our online Tribute at www.quinn-shalz.com.
