PHILLIPS Lynn Annett Phillips, 47, of Jacksonville, Florida went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 17, 2012. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints Psalm 116:15 Lynn was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 24, 1964. She was a graduate of The Bolles School, Jacksonville University; she was a lifelong member of Christian Family Chapel and served on the Women's Board. Her care and concern for others was beyond measure. Lynn always had a zeal for life and seized every opportunity to live life to the fullest. She was a lady of abounding determination and loyalty. She looked to the Lord to guide her life. His presence was so vivid and tangible in her life. Those who knew her saw how much He loved her. She is now adorned in Heaven with her crowns of glory and her life and legacy will live forever. Well done my good and faithful servant.-Matthew 25:21. Lynn is survived by her loving and devoted mother, Carolyn Phillips; brother, David (Michelle) Phillips of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Cheri (Jack Dickie) Locke of Hickory, NC; niece: Alexandra Alex Locke of Hickory, NC; nephews: Blake Phillips and Miles Phillips of Jacksonville, FL; Stepmother Carson Phillips; and her precious dog, Lilly.
