Doc was the most humble public servant I had ever met. A sincere Christian, and a True Southern Gentleman.

Helpful. Caring. Loyal. Dependable. Honest. Humble. Sincere. Genuine. Selfless.

He treasured and respected ALL Citizens of his beloved Nassau County.

Much Love to Cervera, Katie, Kari and Christina.

Doc & his loving wife opened their hearts and home to our family when we moved to Fernandina in 1981 and their children and ours spent many playful hours together. Our love and prayers are with you.
