PICERNO Angela Marie Angel Picerno went home to Heaven on Saturday, May 11, 2013, after a hard - fought and extended battle with breast cancer. She was born on October 8, 1944, in the Bronx, NY. Angel is survived by her husband, Rick, of Jacksonville, FL; three of their four children: Dawn Caro of Jacksonville, Rick Picerno and wife, Andrea, of Jacksonville, and Lisa Conn and husband, Eddie, of Valdosta, GA. Their daughter, Renee, preceded her in death in 1964. She is also survived by her six siblings: Amelia, Billy, Vince, Nate, Donna, and Henry. A service will be held to celebrate her life in the Hobson Auditorium at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, 124 W. Ashley Street on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Visitation will be at 10 am and funeral service at 11 am. No words can adequately express the profound impact she made on so many lives throughout her time here on earth. I am the Resurrection and the Life.
