MINOR Richard H. Minor, 89 of Jacksonville, FL died on February 8, 2014. Richard was a native of Jacksonville born on June 15, 1924. He was the first born of Roy James and Bessie Minor. He was a veteran of WW II where he served as navigator on B17's in the Army Air Corp. He was also a retired Colonel of the US Air Force and a retired attorney with USF&G. He is survived by sons Richard Jr. and William and grandchildren William and Charles. Interment and Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 14 at the Eubanks Cemetery, Yellow Bluff Rd. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
