FISH, JAMES E. - Mansfield  
James E. Fish, 87, of Mansfield, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at home. He was born Nov. 29, 1927, in Leetonia, Ohio, the son of Matthew and Mattie Fish. Jim was a retired auto mechanic. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, the former, Marion Davis; two sons, Jimmy Fish of Crooked Creek, Colo., Jeff Fish of Aurora, Colo.; a daughter, Diane Carpenter of Williamsport; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to call at the Gary Wilston Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 130 S. Main St., Mansfield, Monday, July 6, from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral services will follow there Monday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Middlebury Union Cemetery. FROST, DALE E. - Wellsboro  
Dale E. Frost, 64, of Wellsboro, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2015, at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, after an extended battle against cancer with his daughters by his side. He was the husband of Silvina (Narvaez) Frost, who survives. Dale was born Nov. 26, 1950, in Blossburg, the son of Malcolm and Grace (Radford) Frost. Dale was self-employed as an equipment operator and contractor. He attended Welsh Settlement Church of Christ. Dale enjoyed hunting and fishing and building hot rods. He was a member of the Wellsboro Moose and a retired member of the Teamsters Union. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters, Earin Maldona (Travis) of Wellsboro, Amy Hilner (Keith) of Felton; five step-children; one brother, Morgan Frost (Christine) of Lancaster; and five grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to Dale's Life Celebration on Friday, July 3, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 4, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Darwin "Tink" Cranmer officiating. Interment will be in the Wellsboro Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Dale's name to Relay for Life of Tioga County, 1948 E. 3rd St., Williamsport, Pa. 17701.
