Nadine Griffin Ivanish Fueller passed away Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at the Medical City Hospital, Arlington, Texas, in the presence of her two sons.
She was born Nov. 19, 1948, in Wellsboro, the daughter of Kenneth Arthur and Kathryn Lattimer Griffin.
She grew up on the family farm in Sabinsville and was very involved in church and school activities.
She graduated from Cowanesque Valley High School in Westfield, and began employment at Corning Glass Works, now Corning Incorporated as a secretary in the melting services department.
In 1969 she moved to Binghamton, N.Y. and married John Ivanish.
He predeceased her in 1981.
Nadine worked in the secretarial field at several businesses in the Binghamton area.
She married Joseph P. Fueller in 1982 and they were the parents of two sons.
In 1995 the family relocated to Mansfield, Texas.
She worked at the Waffle House Restaurant and Wal-Mart in Mansfield.
Her husband Joseph preceded her in death in 2008.
She is survived by her sons, Michael J.Fueller and Joseph K.Fueller of Arlington, Texas; sisters, Patricia Owlett of Middlebury Center, and Carolyn (Gail) Clark of Woodhull, N.Y., nephews Walter (Nancy) Owlett and Kyle (Michele) Owlette of Middlebury Center, and Daniel (Susan) Clark of Woodhull, N.Y. Also surviving are a number of grandnieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was predeceased by her brother-in-law Keith Owlett and her neice Brenda Owlett.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a celebration of life service for Nadine Saturday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m. in the United Methodis Church, Keeneyville.
