Clara Bell Hill, 89, of Wellsboro, died on Sunday, March 9, 2014, at Broad Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was the wife of John "Johnny" A. Hill, Jr., who preceded her in death May 10, 2001. Clara was the daughter of the late George and Florence (Hotchkiss) Wagner. She was born Sept. 1, 1924, in Holliday.
Clara graduated from Wellsboro High School in 1942. She and her late husband owned and operated a dairy farm in Charleston Township.
Clara is survived by her brother, Lyle (Ardyth) Wagner of Middlebury Center. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by five brothers, Charles, Gordon, Leonard, Gerald and Kenneth Wagner; two sisters, Kathryn Bertsche and Mildred Miller.
Friends and family are invited to Clara's Life Celebration on Wednesday, March 12, from noon to 2 p.m., at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro.
