Anna Tripp, 81, life-long resident of Liberty, died Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Sycamore Manor in Montoursville.

Anna Jean was born in Blossburg on Oct. 26, 1932, a daughter of the late Herbert F. and Josephine (Wasiski) Werline. She married Ray Tripp on July 1, 1950, at the Liberty Salem Church. They shared 25 years together before his passing on Aug. 17, 1975.
In addition to caring for family and home, Anna was employed by Wundies in Liberty and Wellsboro until retiring. She enjoyed going antiquing and crocheting, especially doilies.
Surviving are four children, Kenneth (Diane) Tripp of Buttonwood, Randy (Janet) Tripp of Millerton, Pamela Tripp (Harry Ahlum) of Boca Raton, Fla., Jeffrey (Laura) Tripp of Liberty; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two siblings, Margaret Ruskowski of Williamsport, Stanley B. Werline of Crane, Texas; several nieces; nephews; and cousins. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two grandchildren, a great-grandchild and two sisters, Greta Lamonski and Frances Vough.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, June 23, at Zwicharowski Funeral Home, 314 Granger St., Blossburg. The Rev. Lon Williams will officiate the funeral service at 1 p.m., followed by burial in Welsh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation in Anna's name to the
