Darry Duane Misner, 78, of Little Marsh, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2014, at the Green Home in Wellsboro.

Born May 2, 1936 in Wellsboro, he was the son of the late LeClair and Doris (Sortore) Misner.
Darry was a dairy farmer for over 43 years and raised all his own crops. He was a member of the Little Marsh Grange, Tioga County Fair, Little Marsh Hunter's Club, Dairymen's League and the Little Marsh United Methodist Church. He enjoyed square dancing, hunting and riding snowmobile.
He is survived by his siblings, Jerry and Dawn Misner, Lawrenceville; Shirley Kopecky, Little Marsh; Sharon and Darrel Griffin, Little Marsh; his uncle, John and Bonnie Sortore, Austin, Tex.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends at the Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 West Main Street, Elkland, on Wednesday, June 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 3 p.m. with Pastor Ellen Bartholomew officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Knoxville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Galeton Ambulance Association, Galeton, Pa. 16922 or to the Western Alliance EMS, PO Box 13, Troy, Pa. 16947.
