Wilma June Boyles, 83, of Knoxville, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.

Born Jan. 25, 1931 in Estella, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Jesse Earl and Mildred (Nichols) Gilbert.
She raised and showed horses for many years. June was a member of the Knoxville Yoked Church and was an officer of the CV Saddles Club.
She is survived by her children, Diana and Nelson McKee, Middlesex, N.Y.; D. Susan and Thomas Howe, Mansfield; Jeffrey Gilbert Boyles, Knoxville; six grandchildren, David and Kim Cruttenden, Kelly Cruttenden, Jason and Ann Howe, Jared Howe, Garrett Boyles and Erika Boyles; three great-granddaughters, Mikayla Cruttenden, Lydia Howe and Shiloh Boyles; a brother, Audrey ""Bub"" and Reba Gilbert; two sisters, Nellie Smith and Gloria Gilbert; and her good neighbors, Nola and Gary Ream.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Torrance L. Boyles, in 1996.
Private family services will be held at their convenience.
