Shirley B. Cobb, 76, of Wellsboro, died on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre.
She was the wife of Leon Stiles, whom she married on March 25, 2007. Shirley was born March 27, 1938, in Wellsboro, the daughter of the late Willis and Beatrice (Smith) Johnson.
She was a cook at Mansfield University for 20 years and also cooked at the Penn Wells Hotel. Shirley was a member of the VFW, Wellsboro Moose and Arnot Sportsmen's Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Duane Cobb, Rick Cobb (Pam), all of Wellsboro; sister, Reva Soutar (Melvin) of Big Flats, N.Y.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her first husband, John Cobb; daughter, Jackie Doud; brother, Phil Johnson and sister, Ann Marshal.
Friends and family are invited to Shirley's Life Celebration on Saturday, Aug. 30, from 11 a.m. to noon, at Tussey- Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro.
