Helen W. (Hale) Noone, 67, of Austinburg Road, Westfield, passed away at home on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born June 17, 1945 in Cuba, N.Y., she is the daughter of the late Harland and Nellie (Cole) Hale.
She worked in the art department for Zippo Manufacturing and worked in the operating room at Jones Memorial as the unit secretary, where she met her husband, Charles Noone, Sr. They married on Feb. 14, 1998.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Helen loved spending time with her grandchildren and she enjoyed scrap booking, creating a scrapbook for each of her grandkids. She was a member of the Austinburg Methodist Church.
Helen is survived by her husband, Charles Noone, Sr.; her children, Theresa (Shane) Graves, North Bingham; Richard (Amy) Beardsley, San Francisco, Calif.; Vance (Mindy) Webster, II, Eldred, Pa.; Elizabeth Smith, Eldred, Pa.; Donna Marie Zublin, Pawling, N.Y.; Charles Noone, Jr., Lake Katrine, N.Y.; Mark Noone, Duncan, S.C.; Erin Patric, Afton, N.Y.; Ellen Marsh, Mexico, N.Y.; 9 grandchildren, Brooklynne, Holden, Presley, Sophia, Landon, Vance III, Tucker, Mckenzee and Jahden; two sisters, Romayne Burr and Janet Bissell, Caneadea, N.Y., and a brother, Wayne Hale, Caneadea, N.Y.
Family will receive friends at the Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Elkland today (Wednesday) from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Sherry Good officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Knoxville.
