A friend of mine just came from paying respects ( friend of Pat ) and started to tell me about this family with 10 kids. I said, no kidding , I was there. Church pews in the vestibule, scary pictures, Mrs Dougherty, impossibly keeping the house under control and Dr Dougherty telling the kid in front me "take off your clothes"
Condolences to an awesome family.

Please accept my sympathy on the death of your mother. I have been reading the files of Bishop Furey and saw the mention of his sister several times. In reading our past newspapers, your mother was very active at Immaculata and an interested alumna. May she rest in peace and may you all be comforted

Dear Dougherty clan,
Our hearts are saddened with the loss of your dear mother Anna Marie, aka (Mrs. D and respectfully TW).
She was indeed a special lady, who ran a "tight ship" at 606, but also raised and loved her ten children.
You were all blessed to have her for all these years, to share with, and be part of your families and her memory. God Bless.
Sincerely,
Joe Devine & family
