Wilbert Robinson Jr., 79, of Pottsville, formerly of Wescosville and Tamaqua, died Wednesday in Pottsville. He was the husband of the late Geraldine (Moran) Robinson, who died in 1982.
Prior to retiring, he had been employed in the maintenance department at HCSC Laundry in Allentown.
Born in Tuscarora, he was a son of the late Wilbert Sr., and Elizabeth (Holota) Robinson.
A member of Advent Lutheran Church, Tuscarora, and he attended the former Blythe Township school.
Surviving are a sister, Dorothy of Tuscarora; a brother, David of Mounds, Ok.; nieces and nephews.
Service: 10 a.m., Monday, Zizelmann-Roche Funeral Home, 500 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, with the Rev. James Covert officiating. Interment, Sky View Memorial Park, Hometown. Call Sunday, 6-8 p.m. or Monday, 9-10 a.m. Memorials in his name may be made to Advent Lutheran Church, Box 65, 209 Seneca St., Tuscarora, PA 17982. Online guest book at www.zrgfuneralhomes.com.
