Mrs. Agnes T. Messina, 85, of 188 Hollow Rd., Andreas, passed into eternal rest on Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
She was the wife of Charles N. Messina. They were married for 54 years last Nov. 14.
Prior to retiring, she was an office worker for the Continental Can Co., Philadelphia, and later worked as an usher for the Philadelphia Athletics and in the same capacity for the Philadelphia Phillies at Connie Mack Stadium.Born in The Bronx, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mary Agnes (Clinton) Bradley.
She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Lehighton.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Robert C. of Andover, Conn.; and nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by five brothers, Warren, Bob, Kenneth, Donald and Eugene.
Service: Memorial Mass 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Lehighton, with the Rev. Michael E. Ahrensfield officiating. Private interment at convenience of family at a later date. Contributions in her name may be made to SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 242 N. Third St., Lehighton, Pa. 18235.
