Cula M. Andrulevich

Mrs. Cula M. Andrulevich, 71, of Slatington, passed away Saturday, Jan. 19, in her residence. She was the wife of Charles Andrulevich. They celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary last May.
She was a rural mail carrier for the Danielsville Post Office for 20 years before retiring.
Born in Delps, Northampton County, she was a daughter of the late Grant and Lillian (Derhammer) Kocher. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Slatington.
An artist and painter, she was a member of the Carbon County Art League, Jim Thorpe.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, sewing, camping, reading, traveling and animals, especially her dog "Trixie."
Surviving in addition to her husband, Charles, are four daughters, Corinne Smith of Slatington, Mary J., wife of Joseph Kavusak of Columbia, Md., Susan M., wife of Eric Hansen Fleetwood, and Laurie B., wife of Robert McFarland of Palmerton; five sisters, Shirley Kuntz, Ruby, wife of Eugene Eckhart, Linda Herd, Mary, wife of Bill Reddinger, and Debbie, wife of Ty Ruch; a brother, Ricky Kocher, and his wife, Kathy; five grandchildren, Tanya M. Smith, Tamara D., wife of Jason Fahringer, Michael Kavusak, Trevor Kirchner and Erin Kavusak; four great-grandchildren, Christian Oliva and Deven, Mason and Avalynn Newhart; and two on the way.
She was also predeceased by a brother, Jimmy Kocher
Service: Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, 207 S. Second St., Slatington. Interment, Assumption B.V.M. Parish Cemetery, Slatington. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St., Slatington. Contributions in her name may be made to the church, 207 S. Second St., Slatington Pa. 18080.
