Dwayne K. Coleman
Dwayne K. Coleman, 53, of 23 Graver St., Lehighton, passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 18, in his residence. He was the husband of the late Brenda S. Meckes and the companion of Cindy Griffith.
He was a self-employed electrician/construction worker.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Thomas and Bertha (Ahner) Coleman.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
Coleman was a life member of the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company and a member of the Lehigh Fire Company No. 1, Lehighton.
In his spare time, he enjoyed camping, spending time at the shore and working on home projects and his personal vehicles.
Surviving in addition to his companion are a son, Alexander T., and his companion, Megan Hartman, of Lehighton; three sisters, Althea, wife of Clark Schoenberger, Elaine, wife of Maynard Ahner of Palmerton, Joan, wife of Delroy Kreiser of Franklin Township; a brother LeRoy, and his wife, Carol, of Franklin Township; a sister-in-law, Carol Coleman of Greensburg, Pa.; and nieces and nephews.
He was also predeceased by two brothers, Maynard and Nevin.
Service: Graveside Celebration of Life service and interment 10 a.m. Saturday, March 22, Franklin Heights Memorial Park, E. Weissport, with the Rev. Nancy L. Moore officiating.
