Maureen E. Williams, 71, of Georgetown, KY., formerly a resident of Brockton, died Sunday, April 28, at her home after a courageous battle with Leukemia.
- Born July 1, 1941, she was a daughter of the late William and Susan (Kosnick) Seladones, of Brockton.
She was employed at the former J.E. Morgan factory of Tamaqua, and Walmart of Cynthiana, KY.She was a member of the former St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church of Brockton, then after moving to Cynthiana, KY., in 1981, became a member of St Edwards Catholic Church of Cynthiana.
Nine siblings have preceded her in death, two sisters, Doris Sullivan and Elizabeth Gabel; and seven brothers, John, William, Bernard, Charles, Robert, Michael, and Edward Seladones.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Joseph E. Williams, Georgetown; two daughters, Cheryl A., wife of Harold Trotman, New Ringgold, and Sharon L., wife of Albert Skripko, Middleport; two sons, William J. and Joseph E. Williams II, both of Georgetown; eight grandchildren, LeAnn, Jason, Justina, Jenna, Breanna, Tyler, Julia, and Joseph E III (Trey); four great-grandchildren, Kendra, Joshua, Hannah, and Addison; a sister, Darlene Mackey of Andreas; and a brother, Richard Seladones of Barnesville.
