Sandra Marie Swinburne, 72, of North Columbia Street, Tamaqua, died Sunday, April 28, in Coaldale.
She last worked in the custodial department of the former J.E. Morgan Knitting Mill, Hometown, until it closed.
Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late John Swinburne and Lois (Bynon) Swinburne Martin.
She was of the Lutheran faith.
Surviving are two sons, Scott, and his wife, Cheryl, of MaryD, and Brian of Tamaqua; three grandchildren, Danielle Beers in Texas, Jared Beers of Mount Carmel and Zachary Swinburne of Tamaqua; a great-grandchild, Abrui Beers of Barnesville; a brother, Thomas W., and his wife, Joanne, and a sister Lois, wife of Jim Stanell, both of Tamaqua; nephews and a niece.
