JoAnne Marlatt Obituary
She was a cutter and splitter for the Paris Neckwear Company, Walnutport, for over 25 years before retiring in 1982, and later was a cook for the Petersville Rod and Gun Club, Northampton County, where she was also a life member.
Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Joseph J. and Ruth (Davis) Stanusky.
She was of the Lutheran faith.
The deceased belonged to the I.L.G.W.U., the Slatington Hose Company and the Slatington Moose Lodge.
Surviving are three daughters, Marilyn A. Marlatt, and her companion, Deb, of Plantation, Fla., Cindy M., wife of Glenn Levandusky of Palmerton, and Debra G., wife of John C. Hoderman of Bethlehem; a son, Todd R., and his wife, Donna, with whom she resided; six grandchildren, Eric, Nicole, T.J., Travis, Stephen and Jazmin; three great-grandchildren, Jaden, Ayden and Camden; and two sisters, Adele McDonald of Petersville and Sylvia Schneck of Slatington.
She was also preceded in death by a son Joel, who died in 1975.
Service: Memorial service 2 p.m. Saturday, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, with the Rev. Robert von Frisch officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery, Slatington. Call 1-2 p.m. Saturday. Contributions in her name may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 65 E. Elizabeth Ave., Suite 502, Bethlehem, Pa. 18018.
