Dennis L. Krell Jr.

Obituary Condolences

Dennis L. Krell Jr., 42, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 17, in his home in New Ringgold.
Born in Coaldale, he was a son of Dennis Krell Sr. and Kathryn (Eltringham) Krell.
A 1988 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, he was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was a professional bass fisherman who competed in the B.A.S.S. Bassmaster's Tournament and the FLW Tour.
He was the manager of the Blue Mountain Ski Area Rental Shop, Palmerton, from 1993-2009. Most recently, his passion was breeding thoroughbred horses.
Surviving in addition to his loving parents are a son Sean; a brother, Chris M., and his wife, Marci, of Manheim, Pa.; his adoring nephews, Aiden and Avery; his loving niece Alivia; his best cousin and friend, Patrick Coleman; his girlfriend, Terry Jones; and many fond aunts, uncles and cousins.
Service: Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, March 22, E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, 655 E. Broad St., Tamaqua. Interment, Sky-View Memorial Park, Hometown. Call 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 10-11 a.m. Friday. Online condolences can be offered at www.griffithsfunernalhomes.com.
